Biography of John Pigram PhD, Founder of Research 360 Inc

With a background in psychology, and 20 years in qualitative research and account planning, John brings great insight into how consumers come to make sense of the world of brands, and the communications that surrounds them.

Founded Research 360 Inc in 1998. Clients include Nestlé, Virgin, Toyota and Disney and he has worked with agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, Grey Worldwide, TBWA/Chiat Day and FCB.
· Built Account Planning departments at two of the California's most respected agencies, Publicis/Hal Riney in San Francisco and Team One in Los Angeles.
· Account Planner in creatively-driven London ad agencies (e.g. Mellors Reay, FCB).
· Senior Qualitative Research Executive in London (CRAM and CWA). Major clients included VW, Shell, Lego, l'Oreal, Guinness, Ford and a range of packaged goods and financial services companies.
· PhD in Developmental Psychology, Keele University, England.
· Honors Degree in Psychology and Postgraduate Teaching Degree, University of London, England.
· Papers published in scientific journals (e.g. British Journal of Developmental Psychology) and in academic textbooks (e.g. Children Growing Up)
· Founding member of the U.S. Account Planning Group, and has given presentations on research methods, brand strategy and advertising on both sides of the Atlantic.
